I’m here to see Andrew Zorensen.

Panel 2:
Interior reception area. A receptionist sits behind a desk. A nurse stands nearby speaking with the visitor, a well-dressed reptilian humanoid holding a briefcase.

Nurse Glenda:
They told me you were coming.

Glenda:
Good luck, though…

Panel 3
Interior hospital bed. Close on a hand in the bed a wearing an ID bracelet. The visitor is entering the room.

Panel 4 :
The reptilian visitor pulls up a chair to sit next to the bed, setting his briefcase down and addressing the patient.

Visitor:
Mister Zorensen? I’m Sivadas Nagaraja.
I’m with the office of the Bastion City Auditor.

Panel 5 (hospital room):
Andrew Zorensen lies in a hospital bed, hooked up to an IV. An absent expression on his slack face. The lights are on but no one is home. Sivadas sits beside him with his briefcase.

Sivadas:
I’m here to inform you that we’re launching an investigation into the misuse of city funds.

Sivadas (cont’d):
I’d like to ask you a few questions.
