This and the next few pages are where I really wanted to set the tone for The Canon of Vangel. While there are mythic heroes, magic, and monsters, people are still people and are going to act the same way they always have. Sometimes with kindness and generosity, other times with selfishness and narcissism. I want the fact that the fantastical exists in this universe to not take away from it's reality.
