Panel 1:
Inside the Bastion City Mission, Kai and Stef rush down the hall. Outside a window we can see Vangel and Zorn battling.

Panel 2 :

Kai and Stef rush into the workshop where the ghost fountain continues to pour out spiritual energy.

Kai: “I need five black tourmaline crystals and a whole bunch of salt.”
Stef: “You can boost the salt’s effect with powdered glass.”
Kai: “Bet! Bring it!”

Panel 3:
Kai digs into his bag as he starts to spit verse.

Kai:
“Skyline’s cracked,
Magic spillin’ through the seams.
Lost souls spillin’ out,
Rippin’ holes in our dreams.”

Panel 4 :

Kai lights a candle as he continues to rap.

Kai:
“City shivers,
Street lights go dim.
Energy wildin’
Like it’s possessed by djinn.”

Panel 5:

Kai places the candle at the edge of the magic circle.
Kai:
“Mission full of youth,
But their mind’s ain’t right.
Street kid’s holdin’ hope
Like a flame in the night.”

Panel 6 :

Kai cast his spell and reads his rhyme from his tablet as Stef puts a circle of salt around the magic circle.

Character (rap/voiceover):
“I seen sparks in the air,
Heard whispers in stone.
This leak ain’t nature,
It’s got a will of its own.”

“I’m stackin’ my sigils,
Stitch ‘em up in time.
Circle etched in chalk,
Sealed up with rhyme.”
